These terms of service are applied to all products of Sunsun Inc. Please read carefully before using our apps. By using Sunsun Inc products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, do not use our apps.
1. General Prohibitions
You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following while using our services:
- Security Violations: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Unauthorized Access: Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Sunsun Inc, our computer systems, or technical delivery systems.
- Reverse Engineering: Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide our services.
- Interference: Interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including sending viruses, overloading, flooding, or spamming.
- Data Mining: Access or search our services or download any intellectual property through the use of any engine, software, tool, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers) other than our publicly supported interfaces.
- Malware: Plant or distribute malware or use our services to distribute malware.
- Spam & Deception: Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or "phishing" information.
- Illegal Acts: Violate any applicable law or regulation, or encourage any other individual to do so.
2. User Content & Conduct
Our Service may allow you to post or upload content (e.g., profiles, comments, or files).
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
- Restrictions: You may not transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Monitoring: While we are not obligated to monitor all user content, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms.
